The mission of AFWA is to enable women in all accounting and finance fields to achieve their full personal, professional, and economic potential and to contribute to the future development of their profession.

The Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA) is the home for professional women in accounting and finance. Members include entry level accountants, CPAs, controllers, financial analysts, bookkeepers, accounting instructors, and students. Our members work in public accounting, private industry, and the non-profit sector.

AFWA is a national association with chapters throughout the country. Our chapter offers networking, leadership development, and educational opportunities in a supportive environment. Members can develop leadership, team building, management, public speaking, and business writing skills to enhance their personal and professional growth.
