Note to Guests: Guest attendance is open to all individuals to gain an understanding and experience of the AFWA Omaha Chapter meetings prior to membership. We believe that in order to fully benefit from all that AFWA Omaha Chapter has to offer, we encourage a National and Chapter AFWA membership; therefore, we enforce a two-meeting limit for each guest attendee.

About Pam Hernandez
Pam Hernandez has a talent for making complex problems simple. She believes problems occur in business and in life for a simple reason, because “people don’t see things clearly.” Research confirms people see themselves through the reflection of others…co-workers, bosses, parents, friends and more. The result is distortion, not seeing strengths clearly along with negative and false self-perceptions that cloud actions and success. Change is necessary to bring the distortions in focus, Hernandez teaches, and not just any change either. According to her, to see clearly, people and businesses need big, “caterpillar to butterfly” change. Positive, analytical, results-oriented transformation is the change Hernandez prescribes.

The first female executive in the history of Woodmen Life, Pam Hernandez rose to the rank of Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer during her career at the 125-year-old firm.

In February of 2015, Pam Hernandez launched The Right Reflection, a national leadership and organizational development firm. “I came to the conclusion that my life goal was to ‘evoke transformation wherever needed” Pam said. “I am at my best when I am creating environments where innovation and transformation can emerge.”
